Getting to the Conference
Location
The Hyatt Regency Seattle is located at 808 Howell Street in downtown Seattle, approximately 15 miles from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible by light rail, rideshare, taxi, and car.
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) Transportation Information
Link Light Rail – One of the most convenient and cost-effective ways to travel between SEA and downtown Seattle. From the airport, follow signs from baggage claim to the Link Light Rail station.
Take the 1 Line from SeaTac/Airport Station toward Lynnwood City Center and exit at Westlake Station. The ride takes approximately 40 minutes, and the Hyatt Regency Seattle is about a one-block walk from the station
Uber/Lyft – Rideshare services are available at SEA and provide direct transportation to the Hyatt Regency Seattle. Follow airport signage for designated app-based rideshare pickup areas.
Taxi Services – Taxis are available at SEA for direct transportation to downtown Seattle.
Rental Cars – Rental car facilities are available at SEA. Rental car companies and pickup locations are accessible from the airport via the airport's designated rental car shuttle.
Public Bus Service – Several Sound Transit and King County Metro bus routes serve SEA and provide additional transportation options throughout the Seattle area.

Getting Around Seattle
The Hyatt Regency Seattle is located in the heart of downtown and is within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, attractions, and the Seattle Convention Center. Guests can also use Link Light Rail, public buses, the Seattle Streetcar, the Seattle Monorail, taxis, and rideshare services to explore the city.
Parking
Self-parking is available at the Hyatt Regency Seattle. AHSIE conference attendees will receive $10 off the hotel's 2027 parking rate for overnight and local guests. For attendees staying at the hotel under the AHSIE group, please bring your parking ticket to the front desk of the hotel, and they will add the discounted rate to your guest room invoice.
For attendees not staying at the hotel, a QR code will be available to scan to redeem the discounted parking rate. Please note, the parking QR code for discounted parking is only available for the direct conference dates of Sunday, March 7 - Wednesday, March 10. Electric vehicle charging stations are also available for hotel guests.
