Important Schedule Update for 2027
The AHSIE Conference schedule is changing in 2027!
To create more opportunities for connection and engagement throughout the conference, core AHSIE programming will begin on Sunday, March 7 through Tuesday evening, March 9.
Please note the following schedule changes when planning your travel:
Sunday, March 7: Conference programming begins in the morning with add-on HSI Half-Day Institutes, followed by the opening keynote, HSI landscape sessions, and an opening reception.
Monday, March 8: Full-day conference programming, including concurrent sessions, workshops, and poster sessions.
Tuesday, March 9: Full day of AHSIE conference programming, concluding with the closing keynote and reception.
Wednesday, March 10: Regional and State Consortium Meetings will take place from 9:00–11:00 AM. These meetings are separate from the main conference program. Please plan your travel accordingly! Attendees participating in Regional/State Consortium Meetings should plan to remain in Seattle through Wednesday morning.
