Boston Sheraton
Book your stay at the official conference hotel – the Sheraton Boston. Nestled in the historic Back Bay neighborhood and directly connected to the Prudential Center and the Hynes Convention Center, experience outstanding service and an incredible location in downtown Boston.
Reservations: You may book online or call to reserve your room. Please contact the hotel directly at 617-236-2000 to book your room via phone. Please identify yourself as a guest attending AHSIE’s Annual Best Practices conference when calling to access the discounted rate. Rooms are limited, attendees are encouraged to book as early as possible.
Reservation Billing: Each individual guest will be responsible for all room, tax and incidental charges and will be asked for a credit card to keep on file when making the reservations. You will also need to present a credit card upon check-in (same card or different card). No charges will be billed prior to arrival. If you are a Marriott Rewards member, be sure to add your account number on your reservation.
Conference Run of House Room Rate: $270 before taxes & fees. Run of house rooms are the best available rooms, assigned at check-in.
Availability: The discounted rates for the AHSIE conference are on a first-come, first served basis. Hotel reservation cut-off is Monday, February 16, 2026.
Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. All guests arriving before 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available.
Cancellation Policy: To avoid cancellation fees, be sure to cancel no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival at the hotel.
